We know that 100% of 593 is, well, just 593.**Step 2:**If 100% of 593 is 593, then we can get 1% of 593 by dividing it by 100. Let's do 593 / 100. This is equal to 5.93. Now we know that 1% is 5.93.**Step 3:**Now that we know what 1% of 593 is, we just need to multiply it by 1 to get our solution! 5.93 times 1 = 5.93. That's all there is to it!
